Mitchell stepped into a difficult situation with the sale of a condominium that was in poor condition and needed to sell quickly. The owner was incapacitated and all this was under power of attorney. He did a great job of guiding us in preparing the condo for sale. When the owner passed away just before closing, Mitchell retained the buyer until the sale could be completed under probate!
